Must have been the 50k i did on Sunday :D

Only a winner if I manage to stay within the target range for the whole year!

The real challenge isn't loosing the weight, its keeping it off 8)

... but you were already inside your target range. Now you're below it. Ah well, your choice.

Current weight NFI, but less than 84kg

Target gain per week 100gms

Will weigh myself on Monday
I worked hard on this target over the last week;
Monday - all you can fit on one plate dinner
Tuesday - all you can eat breakfast
Wednesday - all you can eat breakfast, all you can fit on one plate dinner.
Thursday - all you can eat lunch
Friday - Mexican dinner, huge portions
Saturday - Fish and Chips
Sunday - Pizza

I love being on holiday.

I have been having stomach expanding smoothies :lol:

150ml No Fat Milk 53 Kcal
10 G Honey 33 Kcal
Sweetener 3 Teaspoons 6 Kcal
No-Cal Cordial 20ml 6 Kcal

Total = 90-100 Kcal...about the same as 1.5 biscuits.

Blend together with about 250-400grams of ice...till it is not liquid anymore.
For some reason it total fills me up..maybee because you have to eat it with a spoon,can't drink it...been "surviving" on 1200 Kcal a day for a while now.Been having 3-4 per day plus about 800 Kcal normal food (1200Kcal total per day).Like I say training is a bit tough but I won't have many flat races here (Like Sydney!) so need to drop some K's fast.Sure would have been better to drop it gradually but if I can do blocks of 3-4 days midweek on very restricted intact I will not lose too much fitness.I have plenty of fat stores to utilise during training...notice after doing this for a while that I must be utilising fat stores quicker during rides as I am not as hungry during training rides (but definately cannot train at same intensity).But aim is to drop 6 kilos in next 3 weeks then get back into a less tiring regime for the final week or two before racing starts.The first 3 races have hill top finishes so I don't expect to finish in the lead bunch anyway!.

Total weight lost this year. -1 Kilos

goal for this year is to get down to either 88 or 89 kilos.

K's ridden last week. 364k's
BJ Club ranking third down 1 positions and might stay that way as TLL is starting to clock up the K's. :)

Good week in whole, weight might change a bit in the next couple of week as our scales are a bit bogey and we are going to get a new set.

G'day

I am still losing a bit of ground. I really need to get focused and back on track if I am going to get all this remaining weight of this year. My updated Garfield can be found here.

I did it a couple of years ago and loved it. Was in the top ten for my age group going into the final stage - until I took a wrong turn in the Round Tuit single track area. :oops:
