Too big. It fit kind of ok, but there was so much extra material on it. I don't like to ride with baggy jerseys.

Now they've sold out of my size  Looks like I'm waiting 3-4 weeks for re-stock. At least their response and delivery times are lightning fast!

Well... on sizing I did order one size up. Glad I did. Usually am a EU 2 or 3. Ordered a Medium in the BMC kit. The bibs are a shorter design so good it was a size up but still nice and tight. I have a long torso so the medium is good on length and not bad on fit. It's a replica kit, so don't expect the "fitted" look. Remember it's not for pro or comp days, but to commemorate the Cadel event.

Overall very happy with the kit. For $100 is great value. Wont be something to ride hard centuries in as the cham is a soft foam but great for the 40-60km rides imo.

Size: 69kg / 179cm = medium (have a long torso) Happy.

I'll wait until the photos are up....and "replica" makes me think it will be deep orange or some such colour.

Well CummuRider, my cap ( and other goodies  ) arrived yesterday, and I must say, I'm quite happy with it. Its a a cotton one-size cap with a velcro adjustment at the rear. It seems to be a plain red cap with all other colours and graphics screen printed on. I believe this is similiar (or the same?) as the one worn by Cadel and explains the *shinyness*.

Check out the pics I've posted on Flickr... (no comments on the rough head in a couple of the shots  )

Thanks for the photos @ozdavo :)

And here I thought I was going to have a BMC-free week. Where is the cap made?

It is made by a Swiss based company, Ole Sportswear http://www.olesport.ch, but looking at their FAQ page, it seems they can do production in the "Far East", Europe & Switzerland.

http://www.olesport.ch/htm/faq.htm
How long is the delivery time?
With a production in the Far East by sea freight delivery 12-14 weeks
8-10 weeks delivery by air freight (ocean freight premium to approximately CHF 7.00 per kilo of cargo)
With a production in Europe, the delivery time 4-6 weeks
With a production in Switzerland, the delivery time 2-3 weeks
Confirmation from each sample or GZD / layout.
There is no "made in...." anywhere on the cap.

I wore my brand-spanking-new BMC gloves today.

Image

And it beat my Trek gloves hands down. I don't think I'd go back to the Trek again. I felt so Euro uber-cool wearing them and although I miss my Trek snotcatcher, the BMC gloves are fine things. Very happy. I think I can use the strap as a snotcatcher. Can I say I also felt a bit like Cadel? An extra 1km/h to my ride? :-)

Actually the red looks grotesque so I don't mind the black gloves
