they're ok with bollards...if you have a good aim.

& a four or five point turn at railway chicanes.

I thought that one might be a source of bother for you. They just don't think of bicycle derivatives.

There is no best.
Obviously top spec electronic groupset, personal preference of brand.
Choose aero vs weight and ride smoothness.
Aftermarket saddle.
Disc/Rim your preference.

Last season's runouts can be half price and get last year's very best elite.
