Plenty of options out there at that pricepoint - Bike Exchange search to narrow it, then some legwork to decide on what is right for you.

I thought that one might be a source of bother for you. They just don't think of bicycle derivatives.

There is no best.
Obviously top spec electronic groupset, personal preference of brand.
Choose aero vs weight and ride smoothness.
Aftermarket saddle.
Disc/Rim your preference.

Last season's runouts can be half price and get last year's very best elite.
