If the R-1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?

Must have been a bike at the front slowing all those cars down
Anything you can do, I can do slower

If they cut $1M from the bike infrastructure budget then they will almost have the $5B needed to fix the motoring infrastructure

I was in the car Friday, not far behind you as I'm pretty sure that's a work colleague off the side changing a tyre on the way down the hill to the tunnel. He had just got going again when I passed and even though he's a steady rider he beat me to Pennant Hills Rd
Looking forward to getting my fitness up to be able to rider every day. Tuesday morning in the car was 1:15 (accident at tunnel inbound), Wednesday on the bike was 44mins...

in recent weeks, the eastbound morning traffic is getting worse too.
the bottle neck has moved from the Beecroft tunnel to the Lane Cove Road offramp because that's the first point when 3 lanes merge to 2. that easily caused the traffic to back up to the beecroft tunnel and at times, pennant hills road.
give it a couple of years before they start talking about widening the lane cove tunnel

Speaking of the M2, aren't we supposed to have lost our westbound privileges by now? I haven't seen any media releases from Northconnex about the shoulders closing.
Nice ride in this morning though, rounded up a red specialized only to be smashed by a Giant

From Bike North the word is that both directions will be closed in January next year IIRC. Only between Windsor Rd and P/Hills Rd - only the worst possible section to try to detour around......
