Hello All,
I am a returning rider and at the moment I am looking to get back to road riding with beginner and intermediate groups/ people.
I am also new to the Coomera area. Does anyone know any groups that are not hardcore to begin with to ride? Also, I am not looking to ride 4:00 or 5:00 Am either. For start I am looking for Sat-Sunday rides with 7-8 AM start and distances at low difficulty up to 30-40 Kms.
Any input would be appreciated
Cheers,
Chris

Close by also http://h2ocycles.com.au/ , a bit further down the road at Nerang Just Ride (intermediate) Saturdays and Bicycle Centre have shop rides 6ish. Traffic gets a bit funky by 8am so earlier the better.
Aus motorists are safe to kill a cyclist at any time & confident that they will be protected from any serious penalties.

Thanks. I've been to Cycle Ox, but they leave 5 in the morning. So that is not an option for me right now.

Cheers, I will look it up. Yes traffic is busy, I am used to it. But it seems that people deliberately drive very close to you, especially tradies and that is the problem. Hoping that riding in a group is a bit of deterrent.
