Looking to extend from 60km Woody Point loops and hoping for suggestions on 80-100km rides out of Brisbane (from around the CBD).
Hit me up with your suggestions and links to RideWithGPS and Strava routes!
Thanks in advance.

Waterworks Rd from town until you get to a town called Mt Glorious, have a coffee at Elmhaus café (NOT tough c***s café), then turn around and retrace your steps. That should give you 80+.
No map needed

How much climbing are you wanting to do as you Northsiders have it pretty good with it being so flat!
You can head out to Mt Mee via Dayboro Rd, come back via Mount Sampson Rd head back via Winn Road.
Feel like even more climbing? Head out to Samford, go up the Goat Track and either take a Left to head straight down Nebo or a right to go to Glorious.
Brookfield could be an option if you just wanted to do a single finger as all three would be 100km+ from Woody point

He starts in the CBD, looking for loops that aren't Woody point loops.Ignoto wrote:How much climbing are you wanting to do as you Northsiders have it pretty good with it being so flat!

Ahhhh misread that then.
Routes still somewhat apply, just means Brooky + 3 fingers are doable!

Thanks for posting those Adam.
I've ridden the Goat Track before and it's a very good ride.
I wouldn't have found the Clear Mountain one without your help. A great loop with some really tough pinches. Wet roads today meant I couldn't power over them, had to sit down and be really smooth on the pedals. Perhaps good training for the Belgian Hellingen one day!

Billy,
Sorry I should read the earlier posts more thoroughly but anyway..
There's the Brookfield 3 fingers rides or a loop out to Moggill Ferry and back via Centenary Bikeway. Easily accessible from the city.
If you check out Audax rides I think that you'll find lots of longer rides. They don't necessarily start from the city but will give you a feel for a good route depending on how far you wish to go.
