Tour de Logan

Postby Abby » Tue Jul 25, 2017 2:34 pm

On this weekend, and I've signed up for the 100km ride.

Anyone else doing this - or done it before and can comment on the course? :-)

Sorry Abby - I could comment on the course, but not usefully. Just a lot of jokes about Logan.

Well, I may not be doing it. Was in hospital yesterday passing the mother of all kidney stones. Feel like I've had Mike Tyson punching me in the guts... Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy!!

Feel much better today though, might still ride, but will see how I feel after a couple of days taking it easy. Drink plenty of water kids - kidney stones are the devil!! :-)
