Description

Just how well do you know the rules and regulations around cycling in the ACT?

Pedal Power ACT and Snedden Hall and Gallop are pleased to provide a special seminar for the cycling community on laws relating to cyclists, and their rights and responsibilities.

How are the passing laws applied and enforced?

What should I do when I encounter close passing?

What are the rules around crossings?

What other rules apply when riding on roads and paths?

These and other questions will be answered with a presentation and expert panel discussion featuring:
•ACT Minister for Road Safety, Minister Shane Rattenbury
•Richard Faulks, director Snedden Hall and Gallop
•Marcus Boorman, Officer in Charge, ACT Policing

The discussion will be facilitated by Ingrid Tomanovits, training consultant and facilitator at Wisdom Learning, licensee of TEDx Canberra, and former Australian Federal Police superintendent.

Got your own questions? Let us know and we will pass them on to our panel prior to the event.

This event is hosted by Shane Rattenbury MLA.
