Christmas Day 2016 - Cafes that are opening?

Postby SecretCritPro » Wed Dec 07, 2016 10:21 pm

Hi all,

Sadly Sonny's in Subiaco has shut, so wondering does anyone know of anywhere in Perth that will be open?

Guess I deserved those responses. Hoping to find a good post ride cafe, ideally Fremantle or Subiaco.

I doubt there will be any cafes open on Xmas day.

I only know of the Casino/Burswood and a few major (expensive) restaurants in the city being open on Xmas.

Hotel bars/restaurants are generally open Christmas Day, I don't know how many are lycra friendly though and they may only be serving overpriced set menus.

Another option would be to ring around any of the food/coffee vans and see if they are working on Christmas Day and if there is somewhere you can arrange to meet (provided you have enough riders to justify them coming out).

Maybe start with this list from 2014 and contact a few of the places to see if they are going to be open this year as well?
