Perth and stormy and wet

I couldn't leave work early and the lightening was a concern anyway. So, other than a bit of a wander around the semi-deserted streets of the CBD. I took the train most of the way. Almost no-one in the open in the CBD, made my ride easier. Ditto at the other end when I got off. I suppose I must have looked even a little more odd today.

The really good news though is that, despite fairly brisk winds, it was not cold under the pancho. Hoping the same tomorrow.

Weather was not too bad- the whole of Wednesday was a bit of an anti-climax. Riding home was wet and a bit windy but nothing like a good solid winter storm with a gusty northerly, rain, sleet and 10 degrees

I found the same... Was a bit soggy when I got home, but it wasnt all that bad.
It could have been much, much worse anyways.

Was expecting hail and thought it might have been colder than it was. Was actually pretty warm out.

If anyone sees a garage remote on the psp between mundijong and anketell I lost it last night when I took my phone out of my pocket. Wouldn't normally be to worried but it's for the house we rent and I can't find an identical one, so if I don't get it or one exactly like it, they take $200 out of my bond! If you see it please pm me

Today Telstra have outages and slow down window Dec 1-14 due to the lightning/weather damage from this day above Nov-26.

I had to look closer at their doc as BOM showed nothing and I cycled in glorious weather this morning.

Bit smoggy / smokey out this morning...
Some burning going on out in the country, or something?

Controlled burns down in the South West...always happens around this time of the year.

Yeh I rolled over in bed this morning and smelt it.
Thought I'd forgotten the dim sims on the stove top again!
Brief moment of panic.

I wonder how much havoc that might have played on the competitors and supporters at that Busselton Iron Man thing, over the weekend... Or would the burning started after?

Nice enough temperature out there this morning. Little bit of wind about in places, but the temp was fantastic.
Not too cold, but not warm enough to sweat after 10 mins.

Not that I am complaining, but where the hell is summer??? We've hardly had any days over 30C yet and it has been very windy all month, not just the Doctor in the afternoons. I have boating friends complaining they haven't been able to get their boats out yet this season and a colleague is about to go to the UK for 6 months and desperate to get some sun before she starts.
