That was as wet as I've been without a torrential downpour - only 22 degrees this morning, but no wind whatsoever and humidity between 95 and 99%

Which direction did you ride? I rode in from the east to the city and the temp and wind were fine for me.

From Maylands direction. Was literally dripping when I got off the bike at the end

Temperature was fine, but the complete lack of wind and 95% + humidity made it very uncomfortable

Ah. That does sound unpleasant. I was very fortunate to have a nice cooling breeze!

I must admit, I didnt find it too bad out there this morning.
The lack of wind was nice, temp was good. Strangely didnt find it irregularly humid (and I usually struggle with humidity).

Got a light sweat on, but nothing too abnormal.

Humid but somewhat forgotten with a bit of a wind that happened to be coolish. It was still muggy but it's all relative and it felt ok.

It also helped that I just couldn't be bothered riding all the way back and took the train for a couple of stops. :D Rather slack, hey?

Perfect temperature.
Can't say the same for the wind.

Whereas today was one where you burn your sweaty clothes after getting home lest some lifeform on them develop sentience and try to take over the laundry.

No way was it the forecast top of 26C when I left home, the GPS was picking up 32C in the shade in Cottesloe. There were seniors in clothes more sweat stain than fabric, a jogger in a see-through wet t-shirt, lots of other things at the Sculptures by the Sea event in Cottesloe that I could not unsee.

Was dry when i left this morning, then started to trickle by the time i got to North Perth.

All the puddles and dirty spray has meant my white shoes and socks have copped the brunt of the grime. Urgh

bit of moisture was welcomed though considering the humidity

I would much rather heavy heavy rain than this humidity. It just seems to sap my energy on the bike...

A bit damp this morning, lots of spray, probably shouldn't have worn the white Jersey and New white socks.
