Which direction did you ride? I rode in from the east to the city and the temp and wind were fine for me.wellington_street wrote:Yes, not a pleasant morning to ride, for sure...

Ah. That does sound unpleasant. I was very fortunate to have a nice cooling breeze!Robinho wrote:Temperature was fine, but the complete lack of wind and 95% + humidity made it very uncomfortable

The lack of wind was nice, temp was good. Strangely didnt find it irregularly humid (and I usually struggle with humidity).
Got a light sweat on, but nothing too abnormal.

It also helped that I just couldn't be bothered riding all the way back and took the train for a couple of stops. Rather slack, hey?

No way was it the forecast top of 26C when I left home, the GPS was picking up 32C in the shade in Cottesloe. There were seniors in clothes more sweat stain than fabric, a jogger in a see-through wet t-shirt, lots of other things at the Sculptures by the Sea event in Cottesloe that I could not unsee.

All the puddles and dirty spray has meant my white shoes and socks have copped the brunt of the grime. Urgh
bit of moisture was welcomed though considering the humidity
