Went for a ride through the Swan Valley mid morning. Was great to have a day off work and go for a ride in daylight and warm weather instead of the cold dark mornings on my way to work. Was also good to get some sun on the white legs and arms. Really emjoying the spring like weather.

That about sums it up, at least it wasn't a direct headwind, but it certainly slowed me down

Stupidly slogged 20km into it for a longer commute, turned around for a tailwind run to work but didn't have the legs after the headwind slog to really make use of the tailwind

I was fooled by the sunshine and warmth here on the south coast and headed out wearing shorts and a summer jersey - climbed up into the hills and the wind on the ridges was cold as anything. Cut my ride short to warm up at home.

Yesterday afternoon was spectacular but due to some extremely poor decision making on my part, I had no bike to ride home on. I was devastated

Weather was great in the morning on Sunday as I rode Great Northern Hwy to Bullsbrook and back. Nice NNE breeze on the way home. Glad I went in the morning as the afternoon turned a little nasty.

Didnt bother riding yesterday... but this morning was very pleasant.
Roads were a bit wet, but it wasnt raining. No wind and a lovely temperature.

Lets hope if doesnt open on us too much later on.

I had my pink socks, with my shorts that had the pink band and my pink bike with my pink lights and my pink bottle cages with my pink name stickers on the bike... It was great, got to ride with Paul (Partner) for the first time in a month. He has a blue bike. We match :D

I avoided yesterday, just wasn't feeling like a wet commute, had a nice ride this morning, left a little late and war racing the rain all the way in, but apart from a little drizzle for the last 5km or so it was fine. Looks like it should be ok for later too

I raced the rain home last night and didn't get wet. Then I did interval running training and didn't get wet. Then it started pouring just before I started sprint training. I got soaked. It was always going to happen.

I raced the rain in this morning and didn't get wet. Although it was colder than I thought.

Looks reasonable this arvo.

This morning was pretty nice by the time I got in. There was not a soul on the shared paths and barely anyone on the roads. Pretty nice actually.

Think we're in the clear for the ride home this evening, I think the rain has passed, May be some more later on, but hopefully will be home by then

Think we've also got a rare tailwind for those of us heading south, could be perfect out there

Seemed nice this morning. I avoided all the showers which helped a lot.

I bailed this morning, not feeling 100% anyway and it was bucketing down when I would have been leaving. Hope it also puts this afternoon about 5pm to fully justify my decision

Got home yesterday unscathed, and dry. Win!

Didnt ride today thinkin it was going to be too wet. Looks fine out there now and I am regretting it.
Not feeling 100% either though... Had a mild fluey type thing on and off that doesnt seem to want to leave.

Weather app said 8 degrees when I left the house before 7am today, but it felt colder than that!
