The weather here is nuts!!!

It was nice this morning, did an hour on the bike, coldest part was one of the descents at Kings Park.

Really pleasant this morning, something around 10 degrees, still, was a great ride in. Hope for more of the same for the way home

it's always colder in KP, especially in the little valley bit on Lovekin drive.

and on the stretch of Winthrop Avenue between Monash Ave & Aberdare Rd.

these conditions we've been having this week are my favourite of all, cold, dry, sunny

i'm gettin' a little emo.

i ride the bit between Monash & Aberdare every day - i watch my Garmin drop on average about 2.5deg in that stretch. i've thought about stopping before to see just how cold it will get.

I did jinkx it. I was supposed to be walking home from the train station. I got 500 m when it started pouring, so I took shelter and called for a lift.

It was nice and wet this morning. It sunny when I started getting ready but raining by the time I went to leave. By then I was committed so I rode out into the rain regardless. At least it wasn't cold, so not too miserable...

I agree it was another spectacular morning. I was really cold for the first half of my ride but for a clear, still, sunny morning in the middle of winter... I'll take it!

Dunno about that... Was pretty damn cold this morning!
I was pretty well rugged up, but my face was stinging...

I was supposed to be up a bit earlier to get a couple loops at Kings Park in before work, but I checked weatherzone and it was a smidge under 3 degrees at the time. Knowing it'd be a bit colder than that again through Kings Park, I pulled the covers back up, snuggled my pillow and decided not to worry!

Looked glorious from the relative comfort of my Mandurah line train around 7:30am. Made me feel guilty, have vowed to ride tomorrow.
