^^^^^thats the carpark to Chicken Treat in Kalamunda

Keep following Canning Rd all the way out to Pickering Brook Rd and you can't miss the store. Canning Rd turns right and goes to Karragullen and the Brookton Highway. If you see a fat bloke on a blue Trek awfully red in the face then you have gone to far and have run into me on the way home from my ride.

Have a great time on Sunday

Here's the Google Maps page for anyone that needs it.
As noted by Redbull, the link posted appears to be the other Pickering Brook that seems to be located in downtown Kalamunda???

I'm pretty sure that the one Graeme referred to is - here?

There has been talk about a train ride to Mandurah and a bike ride around the town on Sunday, but Pickering Brook is near by and sooooo temtping.... <sigh> if only there were more days to ride!!!

Double-Gee has it right - we are meeting at the Pickering Brook general store in Pickering Brook It's that big building just 60m off to the right in that link.

(Who the hell thought it was a good idea to put a Pickering Brook store in Kalamunda? )

Cheers,
Graeme

Downtown Kalamunda......

I'm not sure I like the sound of that...being a Luddite and all. :D

Downtown Kalamunda consists of about 20 coffee shops - well supported on the weekend by visiting cyclists.

Okay, so who is definitely going to be at Pickering Brook at 9.00 tomorrow morning? Either PM or phone me or respond below and I'll definitely be there.

However, if nobody says they'll be there, I'm going riding on my 'bent with my regular group.

Cheers,
Graeme

Yeah I'm definite. Everyone else, commit already, it's going to be a perfect day for cruise around the hills. You don't wanna be all like "Aaaawwww I wish I had have gone...." just get your asses in to gear and let's do it! </pep talk>

I have important family commitments that need to be attended to, so I would only be able to come out for an hour, which considering I am stuffed already might be too long anyway :P

So pen me in for an hour of slow moving, pooped out mtb riding if that can be worked into the equation :D

Yeah, good times people. Thanks for coming along. It was a good little jaunt, and I'll definitely try to organise another ride soon.

Gsxrboy, you stopped about 3/4 of the way up (it didn't get any easier ....). Crae and I came back via the whore and only missed you by a few minutes.

Cheers,
Graeme
