First ride on the reopened section yesterday...
Really happy with it, nice and smooth with no dodgy path ramps, poles and local vehicle traffic.

I think they did a wonderful job on this, apart from taking so long to finish. I do like how they didn't skimp on bitumen and surfaced the full available width. I also like that they didn't cut down any trees. And I must say, that with the concrete walls between freeway and bike path, it's much more peaceful to ride along there.
