In anticipation of the Tour de France, Luna Palace Leederville are having a one-off showing of Pantani: The Accidental Death of a Cyclist on Monday, June 30th at 6.30pm.

I'd read a bit of press about the Melbourne showings, and some friends locally had mentioned this Perth one was coming up. Ticket Bought!

Gutted that it's on tonight as I'm in Brisbane flying back to Perth tonight or I'd have been there for sure. Time to search the inter webs maybe I can get a dvd.

If you're so inclined, there are torrents available of it Becker_11 ... I have downloaded it, but not yet watched. Flew Qantas twice in the past week, unfortunately though - Qantaslink, no movies :(

Got to see it on the plane. Still hasn't changed my opinion of what happened. He was targeted & the depression that resulted eventually killed him. Pantani & the cycling public were robbed.

Watched it on an Emirates flight on the way to Paris. No Qantas sorry! Great film.

Also had to minor smirk about the Maradona scene...
