Saw similar advert on TV - motorist doing a "quick ewe-y" cleaning up someone

Last Friday, motorist overtakes me very close, and pulls up further down the road and waits for me. I'm getting worried. He apologies that he did not see me and wanted to make sure I was ok.
Compaigns are good but in the above example, there was not even an emergency strip on the road.

I would like to see more resources put into enforcement. I was knocked off my bike by a car that failed to give way several months ago. WA Police currently have a four month backlog loading the online crash reports into their system, meaning no investigation or charges until then.
