Hi All,
I am visiting your fair city of Perth from Scotland for a family wedding and will be here for a week or so before heading else where in Oz, then coming back for a few days before heading back home.
I am a fairly serious cyclist back home and I am looking for a few good rides to keep myself ticking over before launching into the joys of winter training in Scotland.
I was looking for some rides of around 100k (it would be good know of some rides around 50k, 100k and possibly 200k - just to give me some different options) in the Perth area. If anyone has any suggestions then I would be very grateful to hear of them.
Many thanks for your help,
Neill

Get in touch with these guys. They have rides most days at various levels and distances. Rather than venturing out on your own?

Three recommendations- ~50km- River loop (can be extended if required)- can be a pleasant ride or a screamer if you hook up with a group
Mundaring Weir ( or Canning Dam/Wungong Dam etc) loop or similar in the hills (nominal 100km)
Both are represented in the SPR website above (the hills rides are Sundays).
I would recommend the three dams course is slightly longer but a classic (~145km loop)- lots of versions available on ride planning websites if needed i.e. http://www.mapmyride.com/au/belmont-wes ... e-13779482
