I'm quite impressed by that report. A number of very useful projects are scheduled.
As a Maylands resident I don't recall ever having an opportunity to comment but I'm happy with what has been decided.
I'm interested to see what these "buffered" bike lanes are all about. They haven't provided a definition.

Buffered bike lanes

Good plans at a cursory glance. They should have buffered lanes all the way along Coode St from Walter (or Morley Drive) to the train line, it is plenty wide enough and well used by bike riders.

Sure is a comprehensive report. Assuming the Council didn't mortgage the employees super fund to pay for, it appears to be a great investment.

I am a Maylands resident too, one of the 83 respondents. The major gripe I have for local access is getting from Caledonian at Whatley down to the river PSP.

I wonder is Bayswater one of the councils "amalgamated"?

The City of Bayswater will take in the Town of Bassendean, and also pinch some of Stirling.

Very comprehensive plan. Having used a lot of the roads they mention, I think they have really honed in on the best places for improvement.
