There is / was a tree down on the Mitchell PSP just south of an underpass in Joondalup yesterday. I reported it to Main Roads on their website but do not know if it has been fixed as got the train in today due to a very early meeting. Anyway, I thought nothing of it until I saw this:

I don't recall it being particularly windy recently and the way it has fallen into the tunnel mouth looks suspicious with hindsight.

It had been dragged to the side of the path with a witches hat against it this morning.
