I'm looking for a buddy for the 3 dams ride in April if anyone's keen (or 5 dams also, but that would be more of a serious undertaking requiring serious training haha). I'm early 40s, cover 250-300km a week, average about 29-30kph riding by myself and a couple kph faster in a group. Apparently needs to be a pair entry. Not highly experienced in hills but I'm a fairly fit rider so I'm sure I'll be ok with some extra hills rides between now and then. I'm located in Northbridge.
Cheers
David

have a look at the SPR page
http://www.southperthrouleurs.com.au/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
there is a long and a short sunday hills ride. we wait at the top of the climbs. I used it for 3 dams training last year. You dont need to be a member to ride. just maybe read the etiquette link for dos and don'ts. There are rides everyday and being in northbridge its easy for you to get to the start points.
