Some of you may have noticed the glass under Canning Bridge this morning. At about 7:30pm last night, this was accompanied by two 12-15 inch round rocks, one in the centre of each lane, visible only as you round the corner to go under the bridge.
The rocks would have been a big problem to cyclists if encountering oncoming traffic, or being followed by other riders.
Please get the word out to colleagues who might ride the route regularly, especially those in group rides. While I was able to roll the rocks into the river and it looks like Council has cleared up the glass during the day, there are people out there who see it fit to 'send cyclists a message'.

I did see the glass this morning, was partially clear when I came through, but I still rode through it before I knew it.
