Rider knocked down on South Street

Waiting at the lights at South Street / Roe Hwy Overpass around 12:15 this afternoon. Heard the familiar sound of a bike dropping on ground.

A light truck turning left onto South street (at a give way sign) appears to have not seen or given way to an old bloke who was riding along South Street (in a marked cycle lane). Only caught it in the corner of my eye at the last second.

Looked like a very low speed impact, old bloke got back up right away, throwing his arms up. Looked pretty pissed off.

Anyone here? I wanted to stop but was in a bad spot being on the opposite side of South Street.
