Cyclist hit on PSP at Fiona Stanley

At 7:30am this morning I pulled up next to two 60+ year old cyclists with a female bleeding from the mouth and all grazed up.
Apparently a cyclist ran into her and rode away. I just can't conceive how someone can hit an elderly woman and not give assistance. What an absolute c__t (only description that comes to mind).
The cyclist seemed alright and was getting enough assistance so I rode ahead trying to catch up to anyone fitting their description (which was very general). Alas I didn't come across anyone showing signs of crashing into someone.
