Many of us have probably already come across a massive fallen tree branch on the PSP South Perth blocking most of the path as a result of the strong winds on Sunday evening.
After several of us failed to drag it off the path, a call has been made to the council to have it removed asap. Several near misses with riders + pedestrians happened this morning, let alone its impossible to see at night time.
Lets hope its gone before the commuters rush home this arvo.

I happened across a bad situation in 2013 in the dark on the PSP near the Pagoda and a rider was lucky not to lose an eye and came close to severing his carotid artery. He got a few days in hospital and a few small scars.
This will happen a bit in winter as it does every storm season. Find something white (start with the rubbish bins) and somehow mark the hazard from both sides.
