Craig is recognised as a high performing leader in the traffic, transport and road safety industry through a 32 year career where he has gained extensive experience at operational and strategic levels. Throughout his career, Craig has placed a strong focus on developing staff, building and enhancing relationships and embracing community involvement, while also valuing strong leadership and technical skills. This approach has allowed Craig to develop a diverse range of leadership skills over many years that resulted in him being selected for the position of Director Network Planning Moving People at the Department of Transport and the National President for the Australian Institute of Traffic Planning and Management.
Through his many achievements Craig has a demonstrated track record of transforming each area/organisation that he has led. This has been achieved by valuing and learning from the past while also embracing the future, championing innovation and ensuring that staff and stakeholders are a key part of the journey forward.
