Can anyone tell me what time the group rides leave narrows bridge on a Thursday morning please?

If you're referring to the weekly thursday SPR group ride, it leaves at 5:30am:

If you roll up there around 5:45-6am and introduce yourself I am sure you will be invited to join in. Plenty of groups on Tuesdays and Thursdays during spring/summer/autumn but not so much just now.

Or if you are a late riser (or survived the SPR ride, had breakfast and want more), the Masters ride leave the car park on the South Perth side at 8:08 or 7:50 for the social ride
