You will be very lucky to find a single climb exceeding 400m.
Few Audax rides do 3000m height climbing but they are like 200km long

Wouldn't be too hard to add a run up into Kalamunda to this one and tip it into about 3,000m in around 150kms. https://www.strava.com/activities/493013787

I did this ride a few years ago for 5 Dams training, 120km and 2100m elevation gain.
DESCRIPTION: Welshpool, Lesmurdie, Kal, Walnut, Goose, Kal Rd, Mundaring Weir, Kal Rd, up Goose, Aldersyde, Pomeroy, Lesmurdie, return.

This is 2800m climbing at 130km long with no hill repeats. It does involve 2-3km of fun dirt fire road as well (easy to ride on a road bike). This will put a burn in your legs.
