Peel District Cycling Club are running skills training sessions this Sunday. The first session is aimed at novice racers, but will also suit riders thinking about going racing or those who just want to improve their bunch riding skills. You will get two hours of coaching in a group, then you can spend a couple of hours practising those skills in the safety of the Motorplex.
Looking at giving you the skills and confidence to ride in close groups, corner like the Pros and sprint to get the win. The closed circuit of the Kwinana Motorplex will allow a safe environment to develop your proficiency.
Coached by Bob Addy, former British Road Champion, Australia vets Road, Criterium and Time trial Champion, and Tour de France, Olympics games and Commonwealth games rider, this will prove to be a valuable experience for all levels of riders.
