Stirling Civic Gardens

Postby Pushingtin » Sat Apr 22, 2017 4:17 pm

I enjoy slow bike riding the paths around the lakes, just going for a stroll...

I went to the Stirling Civic Gardens for the first time today and noticed on the entrance, NO BMX (with a picture of a bicycle crossed), No skateboarding, No rollerblading.

I obviously assume they mean no cycling whatsoever, so why do they use No BMX, my bike is not a BMX, I guess that means I am allowed on the paths :P

Pitty, what a lovelly place.

Given that we are all currently riding through this park due to road works on Cedric St, we are allowed to ride through this park.

Thx, I was worried I would get a fine and annoy the walkers / joggers, so I dismounted and walked with my bike through the gardens instead.

Not sure how strict they enforce the laws...
