WA Labor's pre election commitment was only "Makeevery new METRONET train station cycle friendly". Like your idea.

Whilst on the topic of Gst resentment commitments for WA, there was also one commitment of "Stephenson Avenue extension (indicative estimated cost of $130 million, with $65 million in federal funding)". Hopefully this will be the last major hurtle preventing the Michelle Fway PSP to be finished from Civic Place Stirling to Hutton St. Though let's see if this results in grade crossings for Karrinyup Rd, Centric St, Stephenson Ave and Hutton St.

I speak with my local state MP occasionally about bicycle related matters. I'll be making mention about it next time.
