Melbs to Perth - group rides
Postby HughSkr » Mon Aug 27, 2018 3:17 pm
Hi All, I've found myself in Mt Claremont from Melbourne and on the lookout for good bunch rides in the area. Doesn't seem to be much info around so help greatly appreciated!

Glen Parker Cycles - Stirling Hwy Nedlands I know there are a couple of pro hour midweek rides as well as others, best bet to visit and ask.
Pedal Mafia - Townsend Road Subiaco, midweek early morning rides, again visit and ask
Roues Chaudes Cycling Club - Saturday bunch from Leederville, chase them up on FB https://www.facebook.com/roueschaudescc/
West Coast Masters - Tuesday and Thursday from South side of Narrows Bridge (western side car park) 8:10am
SPR as Redbull said
There are others, but those are the ones I know of (I live 40km south of Perth). But ask at Glen Parkers, Pedal Mafia etc you should find you have a couple of choices each day during the week and a lot more on weekends.

Pedal Mafia rides down Rochdale on Thursdays, so that would work in for you, though the guys will be warmed up by then and its a pretty quick ride so you may want to warm yourself up before you tag on.
