I've been participating in Passbox 'research' this past week.
They attach a couple of cameras & a ultrasonic distance measuring device to you bike & monitor how close vehicles come to you.
I'll be handing my device back this weekend & they are looking for more volunteers around Perth. If you're interested, sign up here; http://passbox.org/

It says "no rear rack required" - do you have a pic of it on your bike? Are you on a road bike?Cycleops70 wrote:I've been participating in Passbox 'research' this past week.

Sure, I chose this bike because, although it had a carbon seatpost, it was round. Rather than my road bike which is shaped.
The camera on the front would normally just go on the bars, but I already had a camera of my own on there.

I'm fine thanks. They hit my hand (all be it, at 70kph). It stung for the rest of the day, but that's all.
Hope your back on a bike soon, & have better fortune.
