Cycle tour from Mt ISA -- south to Adelaide via Birdsville track &Mawson trail

Proposing to ride this route from Mt ISA in early May 18 . Will be riding a surly ECR with meaty 3" tyres that will be comfortable over the rocky sections on the Birdsville track .Will be towing a Bob trailer.
Keen to pick up a companion or 2 for this ride - anyone out there keen ???
So far my au experience has included the Stuart highway from Adelaide to Darwin and Adelaide to Kalgoorlie, but this time I'm keen to get onto the lesser travelled highways away from the cars and trucks and into the real quiet outback.
Will camp often , but also take advantage of roadhouse options where practicable.
