The DFBTR has evolved a bit since we first kicked off. A new regular route sees us head to Sorell, Penna, Fingerpost, Richmond, Midway Point and back to Dodges Ferry Bakery for coffee. 74kms. A loop through Carlton makes it a nice round 80 ks. We are not restricted to Thursdays, so just PM me or Master 6 if you want to nominate a time that suits.Paul B wrote:The inaugural Dodges Ferry Bakery Thursday ride takes place this week Leaving Dodges Ferry Bakery at 10.00 am sharp and heading down to Primrose Sands via the back road, we do the Primrose loop and return to Dodges Ferry bakery. For those willing to bring the distance up to 50ks, an additional loop through Lewisham is on offer

Yes... And after some months of trial, the distance covered by the various routes is between 50-65kms (9.00 AM start). Keeping it reasonable in order to accommodate those with plans for the rest of the day.master6 wrote:The Dodges Ferry Bakery Thursday Ride is going from strength to strength.

Sunday Cremorne 7:30am. Medium Pace 2 coffee stops around 100kms"
This ride has mutated into a main departure (and conclusion) from The Sandbar, 534 South Arm Road, Lauderdale, 0800hrs, Sundays. Same core of chronic cycling fanatics though.
