pie plates do have their place in the cycling world- mostly in the bin, but on dragsters and similar i do think they look "cool" it depends on the bike, if you have your bike fully stocked with all the bits, dyno powered lights, suicide levers, saddle bag, frame mounted tyre pump ect then why not a pie plate? they just have to be in good condition is all.

dunno if it was the suicide levers, headstem shifters,the bottle holder or the fact Yarra Glen is out in the boons that put the buyers off. but with all those ally components it definitely had a little bit of potential.

Almost certain that these are from the old Universe Cycles store that recently closed down, they had a few NOS Apollo frames in the shop that never got sold. Good value at the prices listed.
