I also have a choper 01 (thats how its spelt on the bike) made by a company called Black Horse back in the 70's which i will be building up for myself ( looks the same as a Raleigh Chopper ), I wouldnt mind get myself a 24" cruiser/chopper for cruising  I would like to build one from scratch but havent done anythig like that yet...................yet

You would love the knuckle heads from Adelaide.

OK so they are a bunch of wild 20 year olds, but they love this stuff. They are Adelaides biggest fans of the dragster breed.

You need to ride with us too Boss.

Classic examples

Boneshakers 1
and Boneshakers 4

All Adelaide and it just gets more momentum every summer!

Mock up of a low rider push bike Im building for my youngest.

just to see how it will all fit ;)

Im loving the kustom culture rat rod seen atm, before i was into cars i was into building kustom and chopper push bikes. This was before my kids were born, Thought i better get off my back side and get back in to it and build the youngest some thing to cruise ;)

So the project is a kustom 16" low rider which will have a rusty low rider / dragster look to it, the other bike in them photos is what she is having fun with now, the frames on both are identical but you will notice the ride hight and length in the kustom. ;)

The idea is the frame will be a custom black with a large green metallic flake through it, the green seat from the other bike and NOS from the 70's green metallic handle grips, the bike will be a bitsa in true rat fashion with a comber nation of old and modern parts.

cheers I think your right tho !! its going to be evil  for sure, I highly doubt the youngest will be able to ride it, the rake is going to be crazy and the cranks are super short!!

Should be a interesting build though   8)

I should of taken a photo of it with me standing next to it, the highest part of it in mok form was the top of the handle bars which came up to my knee's  mind you once its built it will sit higher but not much !!

Fresh paint , polish of the chrome , removed unnecessary bits , new seat as the other is going to be used on little rusty.

they are awesome mate. That little rusty is gonna be the goods. Is that all bolt on stuff or have things been cut and shut? I've just picked up a heap old bikes and this is the path I want head down with a couple of them.
