Sturmey-Archer has re-released new dragster sports shifters.

I have just noticed in Sturmey-Archer's catalogue that they now have catalogue items CLS30-R3 and CLS31-R3 (curved arm shifters) and the CLS3S-R3 and CLS3M-R3 (straight arm shifters).

They website I found those pictures from lists them as being about 25 Euros... So I imagine about $60 here.
