Hey Guys,
I just came across the forum and thought I'd post up some photos of my bike - It was made for me, by my mate Rob who lives in NSW.
The bike has a custom double down tube frame with custom tin inlay. It rides 75mm off the ground and comes in at a solid 2600mm long.It has custom bars, and rolls on a 24" front wheel and a 20"x4.25" rear wheel. It's painted in the new Ford "Ego" pearl metallic, 4-11 Black with Blood Orange stripes on the rear guard.
It's actually very stable to ride due to the length and also the weight of it, but has a turning circle of about 6 metres. The gearing feels very similar to a typical 2nd or 3rd gear on a mountain bike and is perfect for cruising around. Turns a lot of heads and is very popular here in Noosa!

Nice scoot...
How do you go with pedaling when turning?
It doesn't look like you have alot of ground clearance at the bottom of the pedal stroke....

Turning around at low speeds usually means the bike isn't leaning over much if at all so hasn't been an issue yet. And when at speed it's just a matter of having the inside pedal up. You can't jump on one of these and ride them like any regular bike

Well spotted mate. The donor bike was indeed a Schwinn Stingray.
