Italian Cannondale Team Ceasing Sponsorship?

As stated above, is the team formerly known as Liquigas Cannondale and prior to that Liquigas Bianchi, closing at the end of the 2014 season?

I think so... Their license is up for grabs, talk of a certain F1 driver wanting it for a new team but don't think that's going to happen.
All their infrastructure is already sold apparently.

Think I read a few weeks ago Garmin will be riding Cannondale's next year, Cervelo are off to MTN Qhubeka who are maybe trying to get a pro licence like Drapac. There was a bit of cryptic tweet a few months back by Oleg Tinkov that seemed to indicate that he tried to get Cannondale as bike sponsor for Tinkoff, which is interesting since Contador has his own deal with Specialized.
