Richie Porte....40 minutes down and nothing?

I’ve been keeping an eye on Pais Vasco and with one stage left, Porte is more than 40 minutes down....and I’m seeing nothing reported. Has the RP hype gone? Has Richie suffered the post Froomay Sal decline that so many others seem to have?

Havent heard anything from the race, he did have the flu a couple of weeks ago.
