Not saying it is stolen but,
title reads "Bicycle"
Seller has zero feedback
and this is his advertising spiel "Very good condition Giant race bike. $2500 ono worth $15000 brand new. full working order."
If it was my sale it would be full of descriptions of running gear, tyres, when last serviced etc. Heck I would even tell you the model and year, and include more than one photo.

Some people are lazy and think the buyer can work it out. Some people are stupid and have no idea what they are trying to sell. Some people are downright dishonest when selling.
Hopefully most people won't bothe with adds like this.

I reckon you've hit the nail on the head here... Giving full details when selling is with anything, not just bikes inc serial numbers etcFXST01 wrote:http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Bicycle-/232 ... Swo4pYMS6h

$15,000 brand new. Yeah right. Reckon its maybe just someone that hasn't got any idea. And its overpriced by about $1500.
Probably if it was stolen it would be advertised at about $600-700 so it sells quickly.

It's overpriced by more than that! At best it would achieve $500 but more than likely wouldn't sell for that pricerodneycc wrote:$15,000 brand new. Yeah right. Reckon its maybe just someone that hasn't got any idea. And its overpriced by about $1500.

Looks to me like a profile created to sell just one item, the date of creation looks interesting...Widget wrote:Looks like he's still tryin' to sell it..
