And here come the replacement goodies!

- Shimano Alivio RD-M410S 7/8s Rear Derailleur
- Shimano Alivio FD-M412 Front Derailleur (not pictured)
- Shimano Alivio BR-T4000 V-Brake Set
- Shimano CN-HG40 Chain
- Shimano MF-HG37 7s Freewheel
- Shimano ST-EF51 7s Shifters
- Wellgo Pedals
- Generic handlebar Grips
- Jagwire CEX Cable kit

Disclaimer: I'm still learning about basic maintenance so this will be very much a Q/A style work log.

Also some of the parts were sourced from questionable places (cable kit from ebay probably fake, shifters from ebay definitely fake, rear deraileur from ali-express, looks real!) so hopefully all goes well.

Wish me luck!

I'm not sure if there's a big market for fake 7 speed shifters. I'd say they are probably genuine, even if they are made in China.

I have this same one, that I've had since I was a teen 20 years ago. Interesting to learn about the history of these!
