There's literally a gazillion segments - it's not like any one of them is "wrong". Some are more popular at most.

Hmm, Strava says that I've done Coot-tha back 99 times. Maybe I'll have a little celebration next time up!

I think the key is that there are many things in life you can do, and not all of those things you necessarily should do. :wink:

I guess though - as long as they aren't particularly harming anyone else there is no reason why not. :shock:

One of my goals is to get sub-10 this year. PR currently at 11:21.

Thanks, but I usually do the Cycle Culture Wattbomb session on Wednesday mornings. It's helping me improve my speed greatly.
