Update.

Everything is still going well with taking the Votaren before the rides. I am now taking just one 25mg tablet and that gives me about three and a half hours of hard riding if I choose to do hard stuff and not give me any grief. :D So the happy dance is being done as I can work on building more strength in my legs to give the youngins some stick! :lol:

Sounds like your using voltaren fairly scarcely... Just watch out that it doesn't cause other issues, as it can obviously in some., and cease if it does....

I only use it on before my rides and one tablet at that. Not one for constant medication taking, Dr Mutley.
