I haven't intentionally eaten meat for ~25 years, so...?
Also, most high protein diets = Atkins type diets, i.e. eating meat and more meat, with a sprinkling of some more meat. Per volume, I seem to eat more steamed veggies and leafy greens than anything else, by a long shot.
