More about Prebiotics, Probiotics (the foods, not the pills) and a healthy immune system. I know these are from a paleo website run by a guy who sells books and supplements. I would not touch that stuff with a stick but I can't argue with the info in these articles (except for the anti grain and legume bits) which all promote eating plant based foods:

Not sauerkraut but we make (i.e. the wife) makes kimchi regularly- Yummo cubed
