To be honest I really don't want to know. I'll weigh in at the the end of the month. That should give me a chance to burn off today's excess
Nice work on the yearly loss kb

Last day check in for WHtR which is 0.431 this morning. Just over goal of < 0.430.
Last (and first) morning weigh in on 2nd Jan, using work's scales. Expecting mid to high 64kg range, or BMI ~21.6.

Well I'm down to 106kg now, you can see 6 months ago my high point which I think is the 2nd highest adult weight I've been. Prior to that my weight was steadily on the increase before I put the brakes on mildly on the food I was putting in my mouth. I then found the keto diet and I've stayed true the past 2 months. Wish I found it earlier.

Final weigh in for 2015 today since I couldn't access the work scales first thing in the morning until today.
64.0kg or BMI 21.4 so lost 1.5kg for year.
Waist 74.5cm or WHtR 0.431

^^ Post from 13/1/15TheWall wrote:I am back in for 2015. Started at 116.8kg in June 14 and got to 102.8 just before Xmas.
Xmas and New Years saw a bounce to 104kg as we were camping and I did not take my bike. 12 days without a ride was torture.
Initial goal last year was 100kg but as I just signed up for the 6000klm thread [emoji15] I might set the end game for 95-96kg and see how I go.
Good luck all!
Made it to 95.8kg pre Christmas but returned back from Christmas and camping at 97.4kg.
Might join the 2016 thread for the last 3-4 before I am happy.
