"Stitch" in lower back

Postby nezumi » Mon Apr 20, 2015 8:29 am

During my race warmups yesterday, and walking to the train this morning I felt a twinge/soreness in my lower back.

The location would lead me to think kidneys, but everything else about my health says they are fine.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Possibly pinched nerve. Lie on your back on the floor, knees up and roll them side to side. See if it helps.

yep.I think its related to hydration.I have had a few back issues ( disc related) and this 'stitch' gets better if I drink more water.
