Sore hands

Postby Farmer Elvis » Tue Apr 21, 2015 9:15 pm

Last week I spent a lot of hours on a 4 wheeler bike, which I haven't done for a long time. Also rode 4x.
The area around the bone that goes along the outside top of the palm of my hand to my pinkie finger now seems very sore and tender. I've never had this before. It has taken a lot of the strength out of me doing certain jobs, does anyone have any idea?
No pins and needles, my wrist isn't sore and it's in both hands?
I'm 48

I've worked it out, I think it's just the vibrations from the quad bike causing it spent a bit of time on it today and it feels tender, rode on the weekend and felt fine

Can you change your grip angle? Share the load with other parts of the hand. The vibration you can;t control of course, it will impact the whole hand....arm...body :)
